This Bluesboy is the epitome of a hard-working, versatile, no-nonsense tone machine. All of the classic single coil tone youll need is packed into the bridge pickup, and the humbucking neck pickup will give you richer, thicker tones than you may be used to on similar designs. The neck is smooth and fast, ready to be of service in pretty much any musical context. And the price certainly doesnt hurt this axes case.

 

Item Details

This G&L Tribute ASAT Classic Bluesboy features a lake placid blue finish on a basswood body. The medium C shape neck is maple, and it features a rosewood fretboard with a 9" radius, 22 medium jumbo frets and dot inlays. Electronically, this guitar features the same bridge pickup as its American-made counterpart. Yup, you read that sentence correctly. Theres a Paul Gagon-designed AS4255C alnico humbucker in the neck and a G&L MFD single coil in the bridge. You can expect responsive, lively tone thatll hold up to whatever you throw at it. The traditional boxed-steel bridge with individual brass saddles along with the 18:1 ratio tuning keys will keep everything locked down no matter how far you bend.
