    Factory Refurbished or Seller Refurbished Guitars refer to overstock, discontinued, minor finish blemish or minor electronic repair or replacement with no structural damage and are stamped USED or 2nd on the back of the headstock. All of our guitars are clean stock meaning no structural problems and have gone though a rigid inspection at our supplier’s service center. Deficiencies, if any, were addressed at the service center.     Action on stringed instruments is a subjective thing and we do not guarantee setup. You may need to adjust the action to suit your personal preference. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returns due to personal tastes such as tone or action. If we made a mistake in the listing that
