Shipping

Shipping Policy:

We offer FREE SHIPPING for MAJORITY of the items we sell in the continental US, with the exception of oversized items. Although the default shipping method is Fedex Home or Ground, we may opt to ship with USPS priority mail or another courier. Generally, transit time is between 1-5 days depending on where you are (we are located on the East Coast). Buyers from Hawaii and Alaska may be asked to cover the cost of shipping, if necessary.

Fedex Overnight is an option, with an additional cost. Please choose Fedex Overnight during checkout if you need the item expressed.

Delivery Time:

We try our best to get the item to you as soon as possible. Items are shipped within 2 business days of when we receive payment. We usually ship it out same business day if orders come in before noon. In some circumstances, items that are larger and harder to pack or fragile may take longer than 2 business days.

Local Pickup or Freight:

Some items are too heavy or too large to ship, so local pick will be offered for those items. We can offer freight shipping for some items; please contact us first to see if we are able to accommodate that option.

2) Can I have the item shipped express/ overnight?

3) How long do I have to pay for my auctions?

We give all our buyers a 48 hour time window to pay for all auctions. Automated Unpaid Assistant will open a case against non-paying buyers.

4) Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged to New Jersey residents and it can be exempted with a resellers certificate. The certificate will need to be emailed to us before the reimbursement of tax.
