Wamplers first Overdrive / Distortion designed specifically for bass! People have been asking Brian for years to turn his eye, and ear, to a specifically voiced OD/Dist for bass, so he’s done it. This  pedal offers both hard and soft clipping structures giving Overdrive and Distortion, a notch filter perfectly placed to give that EQ character change before hitting a 3 band active EQ. An added blend control allows the dry signal path to be bought back in to the desired level giving an enormous range of useable tones available to the player. 

Controls

Volume: Controls the total output volume of the pedal.
Active 3 band EQ: The Low Blow has an active 3 band EQ (Bass, Mids, Treble) for independent boost or cut of each band.
Blend: This knob allows you to control the amount of unaffected bass signal with the Low Blows effect.
Gain structure: Set to Smooth for the most amp-like overdrive, or Jagged to start making enemies.
Noth Filter (Active/Bypass): When engaged, the Notch Filter redefines the EQ curve, for a modern bite, and can cut out the woofiness that sometimes builds up in a distorted signal chain.

Power: This pedal was designed for a 9v power source, but additional headroom can be achieved, up to 18v. Do not use center pin positive adapters, and do not use AC power. Using an incorrect power adapter can lead to damage and will void the warranty on the pedal. This pedal draws approximately 35 mA.
