Wampler Latitude Tremolo Standard

For players who wanted a Latitude but couldn’t afford the pedalboard space, there’s the Latitude Standard. Utilizing the same core circuit, the Latitude Standard satisfies any curiosity of Wampler’s take on tremolo.

The Latitude circuit is based on Fender blackface tremolo—you know the sound. It’s been on thousands of records since its advent, and will likely be on thousands more. It’s a super-smooth, buttery almost-since wave trem that reminds you of why you thought tremolo was cool in the first place.

Three controls adorn the Latitude standard: Speed, Depth and Level. The Speed and Depth knobs are standard tremolo fare—just like those old amps—and the Level knob evens out any perceived volume loss experienced when stacked with other pedals, and ensures that players are never buried in the mix.

Players may notice two LEDs adorning the Latitude Standard: One is the standard bypass LED, and the other is a rate-controlled LED. The LED flashes with the rate of the tremolo, for a handy indication of the knob position on a darkened stage. The Latitude Standard is also equipped with Wampler’s much-welcomed soft-touch true bypass switching, and top-mounted jacks for squeezing even more pedals onto your board.
