All of our guitars are clean stock meaning no structural problems and have gone though a rigid inspection at our supplier’s service center. Deficiencies, if any, were addressed at the service center. If the instruments have any other problems they will be mentioned in the listing. Our guitars are hand selected for us. You will be glad you bought from Leonardo’s.

Action on stringed instruments is a subjective thing and we do not guarantee setup. You may need to adjust the action to suit your personal preference. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returns due to personal tastes such as tone or action. If we made a mistake in the listing that 

results in a return there is no restocking fee.
