Faults:
Should your item be faulty please contact us via an eBay message. We can then supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. Items are inspected by both us and our suppliers own QC Department for signs of wear & tear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and with the original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and header-card). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund. Returns must be returned at the buyers expense.

Unwanted Items:
Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via an eBay message. We can supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. You must notify us immediately and return within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the item cost. No postage costs will be refunded.

Exchange:
Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via an eBay message so we can assist you. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you less of postage and packaging charge as shown on eBay. Return postage costs are at the buyers responsibility. On arrival the original item will be refunded. Please input a new order in the normal way for the replacement product.

Please Note: We will not accept returns or issue refunds on the following items: Wigs, Wig Caps, Facial Hair, Make-up, Teeth, Hosiery and Underwear.

Images and product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, and should a product differ slightly from the product image and description, Fancy Dress Discount Store will not allow returns on the basis that the description or the product image did not exactly match the tm supplied. We will endeavour to update product descriptions and images once we know of any substantial changes to the alterations to design and colour.
