Carvin Semi-Hollowbody Jazz Guitar

The Carvin SH445 was a double cutaway style of the current Keisel SH550. It used an alder body with a maple neck and an ebony fretboard.

Alder body carved out.Maple top with F holes.Maple neckEbony fretboard.Sperzel locking tuners. Pickups have Alnico V magnets. There are push/pull tone controls for coil splitting.
S22J  Neck position pickup with rich harmonics. Black bezel with chrome metal cover. 7.6k Ohms.
S22T Warm pickup suitable for neck or bridge positions. Black bezels with chrome metal cover. 8.2k Ohms.
(most had the very hot S22B 13.6k which is great for some things but this is a Jazzy beast and so the PAF type bridge pickup suits it much better.)

Great guitar that sounds wonderful for Jazz/Rock/Blues. Plays really well for almost anything you would want to play.
