The Classic Bluesboy Semi-Hollow balances the bright and articulate character of a single-coil in the bridge with humbucking semi-hollow warmth. This creates a musical chameleon of a guitar. Use it with a touch of distortion for rock and blues gigs, or kick in the humbucker and back off on the tone a bit for great jazz sound. The neck is comfortable, fast and smooth to the touch. The finish lets the wood breathe and wont glob up on humid days. Great build quality and meticulous attention to detail makes this guitar ready to get abused night after night and still play just fine. Im in love with the whiskey finish. Its somewhere between red and brown, and it has plenty of character without looking gaudy. This guitar represents some of the best American craftsmanship around.

Item DetailsThe ASAT Bluesboy Semi-Hollow combines classic T-style twang with semi-hollow humbucking warmth. It features a whiskey finish on a semi-hollow swamp ash body. The maple neck is G&Ls classic C shape, and it has a rosewood fretboard with dot inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets. The satin clear finish on the neck is just enough - it lets the maple breath and feel natural. The nut is bone. Electronically, this guitar has a G&L MFD ASAT Classic single-coil in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbucker in the neck. This combination provides a sonic palette that covers the entire tonal spectrum: Single coil shimmer all the way to midsy semi-hollow bark. This is a great take on the ASAT, and its perfect for constant gigging, recording, and practicing.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, we will ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us for the return shipping address as well as return authorization number. Please allow 7-10 days from the receiving date for returns to be processed.

Your order must ship to the billing address associated with your credit card, PayPal, or other method of payment (unless an alternate shipping address has been approved by an MSL Gear Specialist). If you want the shipment to be held at a shipping company hub it is your responsibility to make those arrangements directly with the shipping company. An indirect signature will be required upon delivery for all transactions over $750. If you would like to require a signature on a transaction of less than $750, please request it when you place your order. We do not insure packages valued under $3,000. If you would like to add insurance for delivery or return please request it when requesting your order or initiating your return. All returns are subject to a Tech Check upon arrival. Any instrument that is returned with damage, wear and tear (including pick marks), missing or replaced parts, missing protective or packing materials are not eligible for a full refund. *Used / Vintage / Clearance items carry our same return policy, except with a 3­ day return window.
