  The Faux Analog Echo is based around the industry leading pt2399 chip. The industry standard for delay pedals. We treat the signal path in such a way that the dry path and the core signal are completely unaltered, we only use the chip to make a digital replication. Simply put, your tone remains pure and intact, without thin and brittle sounding repeats. With the addition of a tone knob, you can incorporate a little sparkle for digital crispness, or take it all the way out for a more natural and organic tone.

  Shipping

  Shipping is done everyday and you can expect an Express delivery to arrive within 1-3 days and a standard delivery to arrive within 3-6 days. This all depends on your location within Australia and time of your order. International shipping is also done daily and will take between 4-10 days for delivery. We also offer postage discounts on multiple items. You can save a fair bit of money on postage when putting things in the same package.

  You can also pickup your item if you live in Brisbane from our store at 2/12 Lucy Street Moorooka between 10:30 and 5pm weekdays.

  Returns

  If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. You must email BEFORE sending it back to get approval for the return. The item MUST BE sent back in the same condition it arrived in and have all the materials it arrived with (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and be packaged in the original box. Items returned in undesired condition (scratched, chipped, modified etc) will be subject to a restocking charge of up to 30%. Postage must be paid by the purchaser to get the item returned to us and we will refund at our discretion the amount of the products but not the postage costs. Items must arrive here within 14 days of your order being placed. Some items cannot be returned like strings, pedalboard tape, Cables and DIY cable kits. And if you use the manufacturers box as the packing box you will automatically be charged a 30% restocking fee so put it in bubble wrap and post in a satchel ot box. Email us BEFORE returning your item/s so we can resolve or sort out any problems you may have and just so we know to expect the item. You may also want to insure or register your item as we dont take responsibility for lost or damaged post.
